A Special Interest Group (SIG) of the New Mexico Computer Society

What does the Web Design Users Group (WEB) do and how can I benefit from joining?

This group will deal with all aspects of having a presentable and informational page on the World Wide Web.

	We will discuss and work on the following topics:
	The creation of a web page using various tools and the editing of the page using HTML. The factors of good page design and layout as will as web site navigation. The acquiring of a Domain Name and Hosting services. Work with various script languages and applications to make our web page attractive and interactive.W The various componets of a web page - Email IDs, Use of Newsletters, Databases, Counters, Guest Books, Forms, Images, etc.
	We will have presentations and demonstrations.

We meet in the computer room at the Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center, 501 Elizabeth Street SE.
That is one block south of Central Ave. east of Eubank street (just south of COSCO).
