Bear Canyon Computer Club (BCCC)

What does the Bear Canyon Computer Club (BCCC) do and how can I benefit from joining?

The Bear Canyon Computer User Group usually brings in outside speakers that are experts in fields related to computer use. Stuart Gorlick of Sandia Computers brings new product ideas to the group, Tom Mcmahon of T. J.'s Camera updates us on the latest in digital camera technology. Other speakers bring ideas of coin collecting on E-Bay or trading coins and bills. Our subjects vary according to speaker availability and current subject interest. Announcements of the topic and the speaker are usually sent out by e-mail the week of the meeting to members and people wishing to be an mailing list.

We welcome and encourage people interested in learning about diverse computer topics to attend a meetings and check what we have to offer.

We meet on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM. Meetings usually last an hour and a half and end by 8:30 PM.

We meet in room #2 at the Bear Canyon Senior Center. The Bear Canyon Senior Center is located 4645 Pitt St. NE. That is just north of Montgomery Blvd. and one street west of Morris Street or a few blocks east of Eubank. Click the map icon if you prefer pictures over verbose descriptions. There is a large lighted parking area.
